Because all Counter Culture products are made to order using a print-on-demand model, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

This approach helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and stay true to our values around sustainability and intentionality. Each item is printed specifically for you — which means once it's made, we can't resell it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Of course, if your item arrives damaged or there's a mistake with your order, we'll make it right. Just email us at wearecountercultureclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
